Welcome to Xwake UK an action packed site dedicated to Wakeboarding Surfing and now Kite Buggying.

The team members aren't your average wakeboard/surf dudes either, they are an extreme group of amateurs of all ages from Shrewsbury Stoke and Wrexham, with each new member comes more inspiration for new tricks and tweaks pushing the boundaries of watersports to the limit.

As the sea is so unpredictable it's not always possible to wakeboard when you've made the effort to drive 60 miles or so to the coast; even if it's just a little choppy it can kill your legs, so not wanting to give up and go home we have discovered the radicalness of surfing.

The main aim of the Xwake team it to get as much time in the water as possible, the sea temperature rises to about 15°c until October when it starts to cool down last year we lasted well into November before we went blue and had to reluctantly pack up for the winter. Returning again at Easter unable to wait any longer we braved the cold chill of the Dovey estuary, but that was it the start of the new season and true to our motto Hard & Fast!
